In order to shop, you must be a salon professional or spray tan artist. While an account is not required you'll miss out on rewards points and other perks!

Your account on NorvellTanning.com and our Professional App do not require a password. Navigate to the account page, enter your email, and a 6-digit 1-time use code will be emailed to you. You may also sign-in using Google, Shop, or Facebook if the email used for those platforms is the same.

If you don't receive an email with the 6-digit code, try to sign in again and double-check the spelling of your email is correct.

Once inside your account, if you don't see your points or orders, double-check you logged in with the correct email. Check the email address of a recent order confirmation.

Please contact us if you need help identifying your account email or merging multiple accounts.

For an unshipped order please call us ASAP. To edit your profile for next time, head to the account page.

We offer shipping to the lower 48 states and offer, where available: Ground, Next Day Air (morning), Next Day Air Saver (End of Day), 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Air.

Aerosol products must ship ground and cannot ship air.

Add desired products to cart and click "estimate shipping" to see available options and rates. If you don't see rates we may not ship to your location but please contact us for help.

Once your order ships, an email with a tracking number will be sent.

No Account: If you don't have an account, you can track your order by clicking the link in your Order Confirmation email. You may create an account at anytime to see past order by logging in with the email you placed orders with.

General Account: You can log in to see your orders at any time using your email.

Shop Pay Account: You may have signed up with a ShopPay account which sends a code via email or SMS to login. If you've shopped other websites powered by Shopify you may already have a ShopPay Account. ShopPay also offers a mobile app to view all your orders.
